What you are buying

A one-time export: a set of multiple-choice knowledge-check questions generated from a document you supply, an answer key, and a printable acknowledgment sheet. One payment, one export link, valid 30 days, three generation runs. There is no subscription, no account and no recurring charge.

What this is not

Passmark does not certify or assess competence, and does not provide accredited or nationally recognised training. It is not a Registered Training Organisation and produces nothing recognised by ASQA or any equivalent regulator. The export records that a named person read a named document on a named date and answered questions about it. Nothing in the export should be represented as a competence assessment, a qualification, a licence, or accredited training.

Your responsibility

Passmark is sold to compliance professionals. The questions are generated by a language model and are not reviewed by a human before you receive them. You are responsible for reading them, judging whether they are fit for the purpose you have in mind, and for how the resulting record is used in any evidence pack, audit or safety process. Do not use an unreviewed export in a safety-critical setting.

Liability

The export is supplied as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, an export — including any regulatory, audit or safety outcome. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the export. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

Only upload documents you have the right to use. Do not upload personal information about identifiable individuals — the service does not need it and does not want it.
