Refunds

The short version

If the export is not usable, we refund it. Reply to your Stripe receipt and say so.

The longer version

You are buying a generated artifact, so you cannot see the exact output before paying. That risk is ours, not yours: if the questions are wrong, off-topic, unusable, or the tool could not read your document, ask for a refund and you will get the full amount back to the original card. There is no time limit while your export link is live (30 days) and no form to fill in.

What we will not refund

Nothing, in practice. We would rather refund a borderline case than argue about it — a consultant who feels cheated is worth far less to us than $39.
