What you actually get

Knowledge check	5–20 multiple-choice questions written only from the document you supplied — the thresholds, sequences, responsibilities and prohibitions it actually states.
Answer key with sources	Every answer carries the passage it came from, so you can check it against the original in seconds instead of re-reading the policy.
Acknowledgment sheet	Name, signature, date, document title and version — the page a worker signs to record that they read the document and completed the check.
PDF and CSV	A dated, printable sheet (print to PDF from your browser) and a CSV of the whole question bank for your own templates.

What it is not

This is a record of a knowledge check. Nothing more. Passmark does not certify competence, does not assess competence, and does not deliver accredited or nationally recognised training. It is not an RTO product and produces nothing ASQA recognises. What the export records is that a named person read a named document on a named date and answered questions about it. You remain the professional responsible for how that evidence is used.

Why not just use an LMS

Because you are not the employer. Hosted training platforms bill the employer monthly, per seat, forever, and expect you to onboard your client's staff onto a system your client did not ask for. That is a fine product for someone running continuous induction in-house. It is the wrong shape for a consultant producing an evidence pack once, for a client, before an audit.
